ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀਆਂ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਨਾਲ ਲੱਗਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਜੈਤੇਵਾਲੀ ਵਿਖੇ ਸੰਤ ਕ੍ਰਿਸ਼ਨ ਨਾਥ ਚਹੇੜੂ ਅਤੇ ਦਲਿਤ ਭਾਈਚਾਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਤੀ ਅਪਸ਼ਬਦ ਬੋਲਣ ਦੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਐਸ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਜਲੰਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਤਲਬ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀਆਂ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਬੁਲਾਰੇ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਉਕਤ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਜਸਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੜ੍ਹੀ ਦੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਅਖ਼ਬਾਰ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਆਇਆ ਸੀ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਸੂ-ਮੋਟੋ ਨੋਟਿਸ ਲੈਂਦਿਆਂ ਐਸ.ਐਸ.ਪੀ. ਜਲੰਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ 25 ਸਤੰਬਰ,2025 ਨੂੰ ਸਬੰਧਤ ਉਪ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਹਨ।

The Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission has sought a report from the SSP Jalandhar in the case of abusive words against Sant Krishna Nath Chaheru and the Dalit community in Jaitewali village adjacent to Jalandhar.

Giving information in this regard, the spokesperson of the Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission said that the said matter came to the notice of the Chairman of the Commission, Jasvir Singh Garhi, through a newspaper, taking suo moto notice of which, the SSP Jalandhar has been ordered to submit a report in this matter on September 25, 2025 through the concerned Deputy Superintendent of Police.
