ਭਾਰਤੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਤਰੱਕੀ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਪਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸੰਸਥਾਨ (ਆਈਆਈਟੀ) ਰੋਪੜ ਨੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਐੱਮ.ਟੈਕ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਫੌਜ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਇਤਿਹਾਸਕ ਸਮਝੌਤਾ ਮੈਮੋਰੰਡਮ (ਐੱਮਓਏ) ‘ਤੇ ਦਸਤਖਤ ਕੀਤੇ। ਆਰਮਰਡ ਕੋਰ ਸੈਂਟਰ ਐਂਡ ਸਕੂਲ (ਏਸੀਸੀ ਐਂਡ ਐੱਸ) ਦੇ ਅਫਸਰਾਂ ਲਈ ਖਾਸ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਤਿਆਰ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਇਹ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਹਿਲ, ਪ੍ਰਮੁੱਖ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਹਥਿਆਰਬੰਦ ਬਲਾਂ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਬੇਮਿਸਾਲ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨੂੰ ਦਰਸਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ 2047 ਤੱਕ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਲੀਡਰ ਬਣਨ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ‘ਤੇ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।
ਭਾਰਤੀ ਤਕਨੀਕੀ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਬੇਮਿਸਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਿਸੇ ਵੀ ਆਈਆਈਟੀ ਨੇ ਹਥਿਆਰਬੰਦ ਬਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਵਿਆਪਕ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਤਕਨਾਲੋਜੀ ਸਾਂਝੇਦਾਰੀ ਸਥਾਪਿਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲ ਰਵਾਇਤੀ ਅਕਾਦਮਿਕ ਪੇਸ਼ਕਸ਼ਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਵਾਤਾਵਰਣ ਪ੍ਰਣਾਲੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਜਿੱਥੇ ਆਧੁਨਿਕ ਖੋਜ, ਵਿਹਾਰਕ ਨਵੀਨਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਫੌਜੀ ਸੰਚਾਲਨ ਮੁਹਾਰਤ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੀਆਂ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਸਮਰੱਥਾਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤ ਕਰਦੀਆਂ ਹਨ।
