ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀਆਂ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇ ਧਲੇਤਾ ਪਿੰਡ ਵਿਖੇ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਗੁਰੂ ਰਵਿਦਾਸ ਜੀ ਗੁਰੂਦਵਾਰਾ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਮੀਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਿਵਲ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨ ਵਲੋਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸ਼ਨ ਦੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਨਾਲ ਕਬਜਾ ਕਰਨ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਤਲਬ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
ਇਸ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀਆਂ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਦੇ ਚੇਅਰਮੈਨ ਜਸਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਗੜ੍ਹੀ ਨੇ ਦੱਸਿਆ ਕਿ ਇਸ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਮੁਖੀ ਜਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਤੋਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਤਲਬ ਕੀਤੀ ਸੀ। ਉਪਰੰਤ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਹੁਣ ਇਸੇ ਮਾਮਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਤੋਂ 2 ਸਤੰਬਰ, 2025 ਨੂੰ ਐਸ.ਡੀ.ਐਮ. ਪੱਧਰ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਕਿਹਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ, ਕਿ ਵਿਵਾਦ ਤਹਿਤ ਗੁਰੂਦਵਾਰਾ ਦੀ ਜਾਇਦਾਦ ਦੀ ਤੱਥ ਰਿਪੋਰਟ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਰਾਜ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀਆਂ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਸੂਬੇ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸੂਚਿਤ ਜਾਤੀ ਵਰਗਾਂ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਲਈ ਵਚਨਬੱਧ ਹੈ।

The Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission has sought a report from the Deputy Commissioner Jalandhar in the matter of the civil administration with the help of the police administration occupying the land of Sri Guru Ravidas Ji Gurudwara at Dhaleta village in Jalandhar district.
Giving information in this regard, the Chairman of the Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission, Jasvir Singh Garhi, said that in this matter, a report was first sought from the Superintendent of Police, Jalandhar district. After which, now in the same matter, the Deputy Commissioner Jalandhar has been asked to submit a report on September 2, 2025 through an SDM level officer, that a factual report of the property of the Gurudwara under dispute should be submitted. He said that the Punjab State Scheduled Castes Commission is committed to protecting the rights of the Scheduled Caste sections of the state.
